How about having a bit of summer fun with these S’more Push Pops. The pops are loaded up with all the great flavors you would find in a s’more. Layers of graham cracker, chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff and a miniature Hershey bar on top. Perfect for summer bbq desserts.
S’More Push Pops
My kiddos are huge fans of S’more treats all year long, but I get quite a few requests for them during the summer. We will quite often just roast marshmallows on warm summer evenings. Zachary is the first to always request the graham crackers and chocolate. Since s’mores are like his all time favorite summer treat, I keep loads of s’more ingredients hidden in the pantry for quick and easy s’mores.
Yesterday afternoon, while the kiddos were at school, I decided to whip up this fun twist on s’mores. These yummy and fun S’mores Push Pops were so simple to make plus they were quite inexpensive.
I have been itching for about a year now to use these fun Wilton Push Pops for a dessert. I bought them last spring when I was shopping at Michael’s Crafts. I had a 40% off Coupon and was anxious to find an item to score a bargain. These push pop containers have been screaming to be used. They were so cute and simple I can not believe I took this long to make something with them.
I loaded the pops up with graham cracker crumb mix, some pudding that I scored on an awesome deal this week, some marshmallow fluff and topped them off with a miniature Hershey’s candy. The kids were anxious to devour the 5 push pops I made. They were quite a hit, I foresee getting more requests for them this summer. I may have to buy a second set of these handy dandy containers.
Since the hubby and I like s’mores too, I made us up some adult dishes. If you do not have the fun push pops on hand you could make S’more Parfaits which you can make the same way that you would make the pops. Super simple, you just layer in the ingredients and enjoy.
I stated how simple these s’more treats are to make. I think they are so simple that I will allow the kiddos to make the next batch.
