This super simple kid friendly No Churn Cookie Monster Ice cream is loaded with Oreo cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Super simple recipe with NO Ice Cream Maker needed. The bright blue color is a HUGE hit with the kiddos. Parents, the blue color might be a bit bright for you but this ice cream is super delish.
No Churn Cookie Monster Ice Cream
Cold treats during the summer are always so fun. The kids get so excited when I whip up something special for them to enjoy on the hot summer days. This ice cream and our Easy Banana Split Bites are going to be popular this summer.
Last evening, we had some guests over for Cierra’s 19th birthday (her birthday is today but we celebrated with friends yesterday). I had great adult desserts but was wanting something special for all of the kiddos.
Since Jonathan has been cuddling so often with his plush Cookie Monster Doll, I thought I might be able to convince him to eat this fun Cookie Monster Ice Cream. He dislikes sweets so much but I thought I could encourage him to give it a try if it were a fun blue color like his plush.
Most parents have to limit their kids sweets. I wish I could get this kid to like something besides a jellybean that contains any sort of sweetness. Zachary who is also autistic LOVES his sweets. I just do not understand Jonathan’s total dislike for anything with sugar included.
To sum it all up, the other kids at the party really liked this ice cream. They wanted to come back for seconds as a matter of fact. I had a small dish and the stuff is over the top yummy. I just had to quit worrying about it being so blue, ha ha! The Oreo cookies and chocolate chip cookies make for a great combo.
This Cookie Monster Ice Cream is so simple. I mention that you will need NO Ice Cream maker. In just a few minutes time, you can have this fun cookie loaded ice cream in your freezer. Plus the recipe only needs cookies, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Super simple.

Do your kiddos like treats that contain bright colors? I have always been able to encourage my kiddos to eat things they would normally not try my adding some fun bright colors in the mix.

This looks SO delicious!!!!!! I know some people aren’t keen on food coloring but the more colors things have, the more I want to eat them! My favorite store bought ice cream is birthday cake by Dryer’s or Grandma’s cake batter by Tillamook.
