These Marshmallow Ghost Cupcakes will make for a super fun and simple Halloween Dessert or treat. Since we start with a boxed cake mix, they come together so quickly. The marshmallow buttercream frosting is SUPER tasty.

Marshmallow Ghost Cupcakes

Summer has come and gone. I am super sad that the kiddos are back to school and summer is now behind us. I took quite a bit of time with the kiddos and had family visit. It was a great summer but I miss the kiddos now that they are gone all day long.

All of the stores have been loading up the shelves with all sorts of fun Halloween goodies. Our family really enjoys Halloween, as a matter of fact we are going to be busting out all the outdoor decor this upcoming weekend. The kids are super excited to add a few new decorations this year. They are at the age that they really like all the scary monsters, ghosts, and such.

We always like to make fun Halloween treats and snacks. I shared the Spider Cookies we made last week over on CincyShopper. They were a huge hit. We were needing some fun desserts for the kids lunchboxes this week. Since cupcakes are so super simple, I decided we would make these super fun Marshmallow Ghost Cupcakes. They were super easy and so super cute.

Grab yourself a boxed cake mix, marshmallow cream, butter, and powdered sugar. You can use cupcake sprinkles (that’s what I had planned to use) for the eyes and mouths. I decided that chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips worked perfect.
